Never, Ever, Ever Give Up

This week I wanted to share one of my favorite stories of all time with you. A bit like an early Christmas present. ; )

It is an incredible story of perseverance and determination and one that I often use in my Be You. Be Great. and Selfless Leadership presentations.

Sylvester Stallone had nothing. Zilch. Zero. Nada.

He was so broke, that he sold his wife’s jewelry in order to pay the rent. But he never gave up. He persisted and with absolute determination and true grit, he achieve his goal of becoming a Hollywood movie star.

The first ‘Rocky’ was made on a slim budget of just one million dollars. The six-part “Rocky” franchise has since brought in more than a billion dollars worldwide.

Please click on the link below. This version is narrated by the great Anthony Robbins and is well worth the 9 minute time investment.

What did you get from the Rocky Story?

Sylvester Stallone wasn’t born a leading man. He persisted and new what he wanted and did whatever it took to achieve his lifetime goal.

What are your goals? What would you be willing to sacrifice to achieve your life dream?

Start 2017 with 3 mission critical’s each week. Three things that, no matter what, have to be completed to inch you closer to achieving your long term goals. If you are serious about achieving your version of success and happiness, do not stand for the bulls#*t lies and excuses you tell yourself. Achieve your three mission criticals each week and in 12 months from now, your future self will thank you for it.

Are you aware that the best discussions happen after you read this email?
